This night was so incredible! My very good friend, Amber is also a photographer. She was given the opportunity to photograph this sweet couple's wedding. She called me and asked if I would like to be a second shooter/assistant. I was thrilled.

This was an AMAZING night. The couple and all the guest were such gracious, wonderful people. The location was a dream. I cannot put into words how much I loved this night.

I really look forward to Amber and I photographing more weddings together. We worked so in sink of each other, its was really neat. She did an amazing job, I know the Bride and Groom will be very happy with their prints. You can check out Amber's work at

This is Averi, isn't she gorgeous? She had just taken her yearbook pictures and didn't want a good hair day to go to waist, so very last minute we left my kids with her mom and went on the search for locations to shoot at. I always have such a blast when I am with her.

We do have good intentions on doing another session, seniors are just so busy!

Itsy Bitsy Spider

While picking tomatos in my garden I came across this spider. The first time I saw him he had a beautiful full web and was just hanging out. Later, I went back and he had a bee. Then a couple hours after that I went out again and he was just finishing the bee and moving on to a cricket that he had caught and wrapped. It was so cool.
Here is my favorite. I caught him positioning the cricut, you can see four eyes!

The next day I went looking for him again and I found his on a new web. And this time it was a HORNET he had.... Spiders amaze me!

What do ya think? (notice the fangs in the hornets back?)

I had a great time with you two. I feel we got some wonderful pictures, both individuals and together. I know you are going to have a great time deciding on what pictures you want to print.

I have started organizing and editing, this is one of my first favorites.

Check out this beautiful baby boy. Isn't he a doll? He was such a good baby while I was taking his pictures. He only cried when I touched him with my ice cold hands.... whooops, no more touching, made mom do it :)

I am sorry it has taken me a few days to get this up and running. I had tons of fun doing this shoot. This was the perfect location and it was so beautiful.
